The custom TBAY Arena Core Soft Robe is crafted from lightweight, plush cotton terry that absorbs moisture quickly and is soft on the skin. This pool robe has an ample hood for toweling wet hair, an adjustable belt, and two pockets.   • If the item has not been customized and you need to exchange for size, you have 14 days to contact us.
  • A size exchange for non-customized items is only permitted if the size is available and only if the returned item is in new and unused condition with all tags attached and packaging in new condition. We request you send us a photo of the item with the tags and packaging when requesting the RMA.

    • If the group minimum is not met by a specified cutoff date, a new cutoff date may be set based on team input. In some cases, it not enough orders are placed to meet a production minimum, the orders may be cancelled.

    Embroidery Details
    • Please note that it takes 5-10 business days for in-stock items to be embroidered. If timing is important, please contact by email before you order to to confirm the items is in stock -- we try to have all items in stock at all times, but supplies do vary throughout the year.
    • Embroidery costs do not factor into our free shipping offer.
    • Expedited (faster) shipping does not expedite customization time.
    • If you receive free shipping with your embroidery order, all items will ship together.
    • Embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • If there are any special instructions for the embroidery, they must be included with your order. We cannot replace or redo work not specified in the original order for free.
    Logo Information
    • Expedited (faster) shipping does not expedite customization time.
    • Logos are not applied daily -- if you have a specific in-hand date please contact us.
    Team Item Details
    • The cost of team items does not count toward free shipping.
    • Please note that customized items may require preparation -- we can't ship until art has been approved and preparation work completed
    • Please make sure you order the correct size and the correct item: once an item has been customized it cannot be returned or exchanged
    • Non-custom team items must be returned within 15 days of shipment.
