The Swimmer's Snorkel allows you to concentrate on body balance, head position, and stroke technique by eliminating the breathing cycle rotation. Breathing through a snorkel while swimming also increases the capacity of the lungs to expel air. Regular snorkel training increases CO2 tolerance and VO2 max. The patented front mount design can be worn with any standard swimming goggle.
