  • If you would like to exchange for size, you have 14 days to contact us.
  • A size exchange is only permitted if the size is available and only if the returned item is in new and unused condition with all tags attached and packaging new condition. We request you send us a photo of the item with the tags and packaging when requesting the RMA.
  • The cost of team items does not count toward free shipping.
  • Please note that customized items may require preparation -- we can't ship until art has been approved and preparation work completed
  • Please make sure you order the correct size and the correct item: once an item has been customized it cannot be returned or exchanged -- but we are more than happy to help find someone on your team who needs the item you ordered.

    We are happy to exchange championship suits if
  • You must contact Swim and Tri with 15 days of shipment and obtain an RMA -- suits without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • The suit must have its tags attached.
  • The suit cannot be swum in.
  • The suit must be in original condition.
  • If a refund is desired rather than an exchange, shipping will not be refunded and a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
  • If an exchange is desired, shipping will be at customer expense.
