The unique fin placement and design of the Speedo Breaststroke fin allows for uninhibited whip kick motion. The provides a similar thrust for whip kick as traditional fins do for flutter kick. The comfortable foot pocket has an open heel which allows the swimmer to have a better feel of the water. Made of a soft but durable rubber.

NOTE: This fin is often a better training ideal for people with a weak breaststroke kick because the fin forces a better kick. For people with a good kick, the fin helps to add a bit of extra load to kick sets to strengthen you legs.
