The unique fit of a Swedish goggle is regarded as exceptionally comfortable - but first timers be aware that there is no padding for this goggle…the lens fits directly onto your eye.
The metalized version of the Swedish goggle is preferred for events held outdoors. The metalized lens acts like a sunglass - ideal for backstroke when the sun would otherwise blind you.
