Instructions

A swimmer may enter and swim no more than 3 individual events per day.

A swimmer may enter and swim no more than 11 individual events per meet.

**** Please put in comments if you cannot attend any day of the meet. eg. Cannot swim on Saturday 1) Fill out the meet entry form below and submit by the meet entry deadline. 2) Events: Coaches will choose the swimmers events. Coaches will make sure that all the events chosen the swimmer has tried in practice. 3) Please pick days you will be attending meet. Please try to swim all days you have available events. 4) Fees: Entry fees for this meet will be reflected on your escrow account. Escrow account must be fully funded with $75.00 per swimmer before entries will be accepted. 5) Confirmation: To keep a record of your entry form, press the Print button before pressing the Save button.
