Swim and Tri International Sales and Shipping Policy




International orders may take up to 48 hours to process. International customers may be asked to provide additional information for identification purposes after the order has been received prior to fulfillment of the order. Due to the high incidence of fraud with international orders, such procedures may be necessary.


Shipping and Handling for international shipments varies from country to country and by weight of the package. We ship via USPS Airmail (or Global Priority Mail) unless the customer specifically asks for another method. All “Free International Shipping” promotions will be shipped USPS. If the customer prefers shipment via Fed Ex or UPS international services, shipment is at the customer’s expensive. If the item has a “Free Worldwide Shipping” promotion, Swim and Tri will charge the customer the difference between USPS Airmail the customer’s choice of carrier. USPS Airmail shipments usually take between 10-14 days for delivery but may in rare cases take as long as 4 weeks.


Orders shipped USPS Airmail (or Global Priority) are not trackable in many circumstances. Such packages may be insured, at the owner’s expense, but insurance covers damage and not loss of package. If the customer does not receive their purchase, Swim and Tri is not responsible for replacement. If the customer wishes to purchase insurance, please indicate so in the comments field of the order. Insurance is $1.30 per $100. Please indicate the amount of insurance wished to be purchased.

Due to certain licensing restrictions, Swim and Tri may not be able to ship products by companies such as Speedo outside of North America.  Please check on the product page for any special shipping restrictions.

International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes. Please check with your local customs office for information regarding such fees. Customs, import duties, and local taxes (when applicable) are assessed when the package arrives in the recipient’s country. These fees are also the responsibility of the recipient.


If you or your country’s customs rejects your shipment, or the package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping company, Swim and Tri will provide a store credit for the refused items. The customer, however, is responsible for shipping charges plus any other fees that may be incurred. Such additional fees, if any, will be deducted out of the store. If the error is due to a mistake on part of the carrier, please speak with the carrier directly about getting a refund.


Refunds/exchanges. We will charge a 15% restocking fee on all returned or exchanged merchandise on international orders. The purchaser will receive a store credit for the remainder. If “free International Shipping” was offered on the purchase, the buyer is responsible for any shipping costs for an exchange of size.


There are absolutely no returns for non-stocked items, close out items, custom items, or orders where quantity discounts have been applied.


If you purchase an item that offers “Free Shipping”, no other discounts or on-site promotions can be applied to the purchase.
