Event Management Service

Our goal as an Event Management service is to provide an organization or race director a one stop service where they can have fun producing the race without worrying about the details of an overwhelming process.

Services

• USA T&F, Road Runners Club of America or USA Triathlon sanctions
• course selection, measurement and certification
• consultation on all aspects as needed i.e. cost saving, logistics
• race administration and management of registration, timing and results-our preferred method is to receive all entry forms with checks payable to you
• Create event logo and image
• distribution of race packets to entrants which include race numbers, tee shirts, and info sheets.
• coordinate sponsor appreciation such as banners etc.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, city and county officials, and EMT
• assist with awards presentation
• results to media and entrants
• post event recap
• provide photographer

Equipment

• Finish Linecovered archway  which can accommodate sponsor banners and flagged chute with fencing.
• Timing & Results digital display clocks. Championchip Timing
• Bike Racks enough for 1,100 competitors .
• Course Marking cones & directional signs.
• Communications pa system, and a supply of walkie-talkie devices.
• Other Equipment  swim buoys, tables, tents, drink coolers, etc.
• T-SHIRTS and AWARDS

Promotions and Marketing

• Create event logo and image
• prepare event brochure or flyer
• mail to target market, advertise on internet with Running Journal, Cool Running, Inside Triathlon, Triathlete Magazine, Active.com etc..
• Provide in store promotion with posters etc.
• Brochures are distributed to athletic clubs, sporting goods stores and at other regional events.

Fees

Our fee is determined by services and equipment required and the size and character of event. We can provide any portion of service such as Champion Chip Timing or we can do the whole enchilada.
